RETURN/REFUND/REPLACEMENT

- Return/Refund Request is valid for 7 days. If 7 days expires from the date you received the item order, unfortunately we can’t accept Return/Refund Request. This will fall under warranty claims after 7 days. Check the warranty period of the product in our postings.

- To be eligible for Return/Refund Request, the item must be proven problematic or defective with supporting proofs such as photos or videos. Unboxing Video upon receipt of item order is highly suggested to serve as evidence.

- Refund without returning the item (if applicable) is subject for approval as this will fall under case-to-case basis.

- Item Replacement (if applicable) is only valid the item order is defective. If you want the item to be replaced, send it to our warehouse address [insert address and details]. Item replacement will be the same model or will be replaced by other brand with equivalent specification.

- Once your item returned, it will undergo inspection. We will send you a notification via email or SMS or even a call if necessary. We will also notify you if the request is approved or rejected.

If refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed. We will ask for details of Bank Account or E-Wallet where to send the refund. The refund may take 3-5 business days to process.

SHIPPING

- To return your item order, you should ship it only to this address: [insert shipping details]

- Shipping Fees will be shouldered by the customer and not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

- Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary.

- Please ship back the item order via reliable courier service with trackable shipping such as J&T Express, JRS Express, Flash Express and LBC. You may also choose 2GO or APCargo if possible, especially for bulky items.

- Please declare the actual value of your item for security purposes. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item so declared value is a must to serve as item insurance from Courier Service.

- Please ensure that the item order is properly packed to avoid damages during shipping. We are not liable if your item order arrived in our warehouse with damages.
